Our clients are unique businesses and their bookkeeping needs are unique. For some we provide full-charge bookkeeping services that are essentially an additional office for the company. We run the books and payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable and communicate with customers and vendors as the accounting department of the company. We do the filings for state and federal agencies (except income tax returns). We work hand in hand with the company's officers and CPAs and provide full support on a daily basis.
At the other end of the spectrum, we have clients who bring us their raw data once a year and we enter it and pass it along to their CPA for income tax preparation.
Most clients are somewhere between these two, requiring weekly, monthly or quarterly bookkeeping.
Often the bookkeeping needs change as a company grows. We recognize this and are work with our customers to keep the best, most efficient processes in place.
